About
My name is Jake and I am a Visualization major at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design where I design integrated advertising campaigns, products, and environments through a process called Design Thinking. I am an Idea Engineer of Innovative Design and New Media Strategy.
In addition to being a student, I recently started work with a promising new start-up called Galen Labs Natural Skincare. Over the next couple of months I will be working hard to reinvent their marketing presence in preparation for national PR and media exposure. This will include building their eCommerce site, redesigning their website, crafting a relationship with customers engaged through social media, and coordinating all of these to most effectively bolster the launch of new products.
After the spring semester ends in May, I will be a free agent for the summer. I am currently evaluating a number of opportunities and and open to alternatives. I love to travel and am not afraid to relocate.
In addition to all of my work, I have an affinity for entrepreneurial tendencies, am an avid road and mountain cyclist, love to snowboard, and am a connoisseur of fine dry denim.
